These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mumbai Social Network ("MSN", "we", "us", or "our") and our website and services at mumbaisocialnetwork.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Some features require a paid monthly membership. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
- Memberships are monthly and auto‑renew each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by contacting support; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
We want you to have a great experience. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. As a guide, our refund rules are as follows:
- New subscriptions: New monthly subscriptions are non‑refundable.
- Renewals: Monthly renewals are generally non‑refundable. If you believe there was an error, contact us and we will review case‑by‑case.
- Billing errors / duplicate charges: Full refund upon verification.
- Event cancellations: If an MSN‑organized paid event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. For third‑party or member‑organized events, the organizer’s refund policy applies.
- How to request: Email hello@mumbaisocialnetwork.com with your order email, amount, and date. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Nothing in this section affects any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not harass, abuse, or harm others, or incite violence or discrimination.
- Do not post illegal content, spam, or attempt to compromise the Service.
- Respect others’ privacy and obtain consent before sharing private information.
Your Content
- You own the content you post. By posting, you grant MSN a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
- You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
Events and Safety
- Use good judgment when meeting people in person. MSN is not a party to member‑organized events and is not responsible for interactions between users.
- For emergency situations, contact local authorities. You can report concerns to us at hello@mumbaisocialnetwork.com.
Third‑Party Services
The Service may include links to third‑party sites or use third‑party integrations (e.g., payments, analytics). We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSN and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSN from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
